Our team remodeled and enhanced the backyard for this Santa Barbara home. The pool got a full make-over with refinishing and all new concrete for the pool deck and patio areas. We added turf for a low-maintenance play area and new plantings and irrigation on the perimeter of the yard. Landscape lighting was installed with a remote timer system, pathway lights and uplights, for enjoying the yard into the night.
We renovated the outdated outdoor kitchen, complete with a new kitchen island, all new Caesarstone countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances and built-in barbeque, as well as extended the roofline for maximum enjoyment of outdoor cooking. The bar and built-in gas firepit make the perfect environment to kick back and relax with family and friends.
