EcoLawn partnered with Manifest Building on this contemporary, ground up build. We installed a permeable paver driveway and landscaped the entire yard from front to back. The functional dry creek carries water through the property in the event of rain, and is planted with low water grasses, succulents and trees. Landscape lighting throughout the property maximizes the potential to enjoy the property at night. We added a decomposed granite patio for even more outdoor living space to enjoy the view of the Channel Islands.
