Montecito Mid-Mod exudes traditional charm and modern allure for its LA-based homeowner. Working alongside Mainz Builders, our crew took on the challenge of enhancing the home’s outdoor space while preserving the property’s natural appeal. The addition of a bocce court, a Gordon & Grant redwood hot tub—which was craned into the site—and a meticulous flagstone patio seamlessly blend with and enhance the existing landscape. Our design process included detailed concept plans to lock in every exterior detail before breaking ground.
Illuminated by landscape lighting, this retreat offers a fluid transition from the backyard oasis to the inviting front entryway, where cobblestone accents create a distinctive visual appeal. A testament to collaboration and meticulous attention to detail, this project epitomizes the perfect balance between sophistication and natural elegance.
