This Samarkand project was a lovely transformation of a quaint Santa Barbara home. We removed an old concrete walkway and front porch and built a new fence and deck of Ipe wood for an elevated curb appeal. Our team created a low-maintenance, green outdoor space with EcoLawn turf in the front and backyard, the backyard turf with a fall pad for comfort underneath a play structure. Now the owners enjoy a peaceful, lush setting in the comfort and privacy of their home.
